Meet Robert Carbone
Rob has been working in the real estate industry for many years across Sydney. It is a mix of Rob’s experience, expertise and passion for real estate that drives him to lead the team at Cardem to bring you the best service and results.
Rob established Cardem Property Group in 2018 with a vision of “home” being more than just ‘bricks and mortar’ but rather a state of mind and a lifestyle. This principle is still at the core of our business today.

Jessica Ignatova
Jessica recognizes that empathy, good communication, transparency & a proactive approach are beneficial to building strong relationships. She also remains up to date with changes in the Act & rental reforms, allowing her to make confident recommendations across the board.

Kristen Mccarthy
Kristen McCarthy is a motivated and approachable Leasing Officer who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong attention to detail to the Cardem Property Group team. With a friendly personality and a genuine passion for helping people, Kristen is committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for both landlords and tenants alike.
As a young local professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, Kristen thrives in the fast-paced nature of property management and leasing. From handling enquiries and coordinating inspections to assisting tenants through the application and leasing process, she prides herself on being responsive, reliable, and efficient.
Kristen is known for her calm and approachable nature, along with her ability to build strong relationships with clients through honest communication and exceptional service. Her proactive attitude and commitment to achieving the best outcomes make her a valued member of the Cardem Property Group team.
Outside of real estate, Kristen is a self-confessed Taylor Swift and Michael Jackson tragic — meaning there is a very good chance she is either quoting Taylor lyrics, moonwalking through the office, or turning a routine inspection drive into a full concert performance.
